The Nook vs. The Kindle...

Does anyone out there have either one? Opinion on them? I was thinking of getting a Nook for Christmas but I haven't really made up my mind yet.
I STILL have some reviews to post, and also I decided to bring themes to my blog next year, which will no longer be sadly inactive now that I've stopped my Facebook gaming which was taking up basically all of my time online - which makes me shudder. :p
Back to posting soon!

I wondered what happened to you! Glad to see you posting once more!

Sadly I have neither of those kinds of eReaders. I bought an Alura-tek Libre Pro which supports most formats of e-books except for Kindle.

I've missed you Victoria. =)

I don't have either one of these but I'm more of a Barnes & Nobles fan myself. But I'm leaning more towards the Nook anyway. I've heard the Nook supports library books but I'm not too sure if it does.

I got a Sony Pocket Reader for Christmas and I think it supports library books. I'm not a big eBook reader. I just got one for the library thing (if I ever use it) and using Net Galley.

So hopefully you get the Nook so you can tell me how awesome it is. I've heard the Kindle is great, my friend has one. I just don't use Amazon all that much

Thanks you two. Yep I'm still around! :)

I've actually decided to get the Nook after doing more comparing between the two, and finding out that the libraries here have tested compatibility between dozens of devices and the Kindle is not compatible at all! So glad I decided to check the formats my library offers in e-books.

Can't wait to get my hands on a Nook!
